Welcome to Vasko Poedagar. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. We keep things clear, simple and transparent so you always know what to expect.

By checking out, you confirm that:

2. Orders & Payments

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If something looks incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours so we can adjust it before shipping.

3. Shipping

We ship orders quickly and always with tracking.
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery if the product is:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once we receive and inspect the return.

Sale items can be returned unless stated otherwise.

5. Warranty

All Vasko Poedagar watches come with a 2-Year Warranty covering:

  • manufacturing defects

  • internal movement issues

  • dial, crown or hands malfunctions

The warranty does not cover:

  • wear and tear

  • scratches or cosmetic damage

  • water damage caused by misuse

  • accidental damage

  • unauthorised repairs

If you believe your watch qualifies for warranty service, contact us with photos/video.

6. Pricing & Availability

We aim to display accurate product information at all times.
However, we reserve the right to:

  • update prices

  • discontinue products

  • correct errors or inaccuracies

If an issue affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery details

  • Use our products responsibly

  • Follow care instructions for watches and jewellery

We cannot refund or replace items lost due to incorrect address input.
